Directions
Shake the pouch to distribute the tea evenly. Add 1 heaped teaspoon (3g) of the loose-leaf Renewal Colon Cleanse Tea to a strainer or infuser. Place the infuser into a cup (250ml) of freshly boiled water for 3-5 minutes. Remove the strainer and enjoy warm or chilled over ice.
